CONSTRUCTION:
A base dress was bought from amazon and sleeves cut off. Then I added length to the bottom with extra red fabric. I dip dyed the dress upside down at first, but the dye didn't want to take. So instead I carefully dusted layers of black spray paint. 

The armor is all craft foam, sealed, and painted. The arm bands are gold strech cord. The heels were bought from the thrift store!
