CONSTRUCTION:

Cole was constructed on set, in five hours!

 

The under tunic is a cut up shirt. And the tunic is from an original pattern made from canvas. The patches and stitching are all hand painted. The belt and spirit medal are made from craft foam! The pants are sewn leather.

The quilted shoulder was made by stuffing tissue paper into fabric and sewing the seams and making fake thicker stitches with hot glue that was painted. 

 

Cole's had was made from Worbla and craft foam.
