CONSTRUCTION:

Luckily Hazama is very much a casual and believable dresser. Most of the costume was bought from various places. The hat, jacket, vest, shirt and pants are all store bought. Then buttons on the vest were painted gold. Straps, buttons, and buckles were added to the jacket. The chain was bought and two belts were bought and painted gold and silver. Some brown fabric was used for the hand straps. And for AX, silver craft foam made up the metal plates on his shoes. 

The Bali-song blades were created from chipboard. each handle is two layers, and the blade tapers onto a third layer of chip board. It's all screwed realistically so they can easily open and close.
