CONSTRUCTION:
This costume was definitely a one-time only deal. Getting ready took 6 hours before the convention. The tattoos are entirely hand drawn on skin with prismacolor. The white strapped top was a combination of a bra and white boxing hand wraps. 

Old army pants were cut up and tailored to fit, with added belts on belts. Scrap Vinyl made up the leg strappings, with plastic forms fr the side discs. Boots were painted and altered and finally, a leather jacket was cut and altered with hot glue studs. 

Becoming bald was the biggest challenge. A bald cap was used, with some real hair pulled forward and attached to a short extension.  With some makeup magic and liquid latex, it seemed to show good results.
