CONSTRUCTION:
Jessamine's outfit is thankfully simple. The pants were easily purchased. The black top & capelet were made from some scrap black fabric we had on hand. A white button up was bought and the sleeves, the ends, and collar all cut off and sewn into the black top. 

The collar's details are hand painted. Each blouse clasp and her hair ornament were all hand sculpted and painted in gold enamel. The brooch and boots were bought.
