CONSTRUCTION:

The top hat is a cut and altered blazer turned into a tail coat. The shirt, vest, bootie shorts, fishnets, gloves and thigh high boots were all purchased. A ribbon was added to the top hat, and a gem on hand was added to a ribbon for the collar. A re painted set of old headphones completed the look.
