CONSTRUCTION:
The skirt and sandals was bought. The tunic was made in 3 parts but 4 pieces. There's a base dress, and then a sash. Then there's a collar piece attacked to the dangling panels. It's all faux non-stretch suede. The white and blue details on the top and sash respectively are attached with heat n' bond! The gloves are cut stockings and the swallow pin is EVA foam.
