OVERWATCH
CONSTRUCTION:
This whole costume was pretty much constructed off a corset. The corset was framed with shaped poster board, covered in satin orange and a stretch red. They were glued on, as well as the orange satin panels, the craft foam skirts and the craft foam details. The belt, knees, head piece, shoulders, and legs are all craft/EVA foam. The sleeves were more of the red fabric, hot glued and painted with details and slipped on. All the green gems/earrings were buttons painted with nail polish. And fake flower petals made up the feather accents.
The wings were made from PVC pipe and foam core blades with foam details. That process is from Stella Chu's blueprints.
They were made to move with my fishing wire alteration.
